On 2 January 2026, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued an announcement on the results of the reform of Telecom Cambodia.

Since 2021, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has introduced in-depth reform measures for Telecom Cambodia. These reform measures over the past approximately four years have enabled Telecom Cambodia to regain profitability from 2023 to the present.
